Here's how we handle common scenarios in this dynamic talent market:

100% Risk Free

Our programs work when you do. 

This is what we tell our program participants. They'll get out of your investment what they put into it.

Our guarantee is that we will work with you, the participant, and their manager throughout any program. They must engage within the first month and notify their manager (and us) promptly of any issues. If after collaborating it's clear that there's no opportunity for them to learn, we'll return 100% of the fee.

Account Executive and Account Manager Academy

  • Your registered participant realizes that personal & professional commitments are stacking up and they’d like to defer to another start date in the calendar year. We’re happy to accommodate this change BEFORE the session begins.
  • Your registered participant elects to move on to “greener” pastures. Within the program’s first month (even if we have completed onboarding) we’re happy to substitute another team member into the session. 
  • After the program’s first 30 days, there are no refunds or substitutions.

Account Manager Academy - Express

  • Your registered participant elects to move on to “greener” pastures. Within the program’s first month of access, we’re happy to substitute another team member into the program. 
  • After the program’s first 30 days, there are no refunds or substitutions.

Account Executive and Account Manager Alumni Communities

  • There are no refunds once the program begins.
  • If an Alumni Community member leaves a firm and there is another eligible participant a substitution will be allowed.

Intro to Employee Benefits Business

  • There are no refunds. We will substitute another participant as a courtesy as long as we are notified before the program is accessed.

Materials Copyright

We want our participants to share what they’re learning with colleagues.

However, they’re not allowed to share login credentials, play module videos for groups, and/or reproduce any program materials (externally or for other team members) without permission from GenuineShift CEO Jenn Walsh. We share these guidelines during onboarding.

Marketing

We love generating excitement for careers in the insurance industry and will showcase the names and logos of firms enrolled in our Client Service Academy programming in GenuineShift marketing unless prohibited in writing by a firm sponsor.

We may ask participants to provide a testimonial or to permit a photo to be taken during one of our Zoom events.
